FAQs

How old are your items?

All of our jewellery is pre-loved and will have had its own special journey before arriving with you. Our product descriptions will provide an approximate age where possible from hallmarks.

What condition is your jewellery in?

As all of our jewellery is pre-loved, it may show signs of wear with slight marks on the metal or stones. Our pieces are however carefully chosen for their quality and undergo careful cleaning and polishing before going on to their new  homes.

Our descriptions and photographs will detail the condition of an item, so please review carefully before making your purchase.

Where do you ship to?

We post to anywhere in the UK. All purchases will be posted by Royal Mail  tracked, insured delivery. Postage is free for orders over £100.

Please Contact Us if you require postage outside the UK.

How will my jewellery be packaged?

All jewellery will be packaged in a Rosemary Gold jewellery box and posted in a protective cotton pouch within a box.

What is your returns policy?

All items can be returned for any reason within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in the same condition as they were on receipt with no signs of wear or damage. Return postage costs will be covered by the purchaser and we recommend returns by tracked insured postage.

If you have any questions about your purchases, or wish to initiate a return, please Contact Us.

How should I care  for my jewellery?

We recommend taking good care of your precious jewellery and removing rings before any activities such as cleaning or gardening.

If you are not wearing your jewellery, keep it safe in a jewellery box with a soft lining to prevent scratches.

To clean your jewellery, we recommend soaking it in warm soapy water and using a soft brush to carefully remove any dirt, before drying with a soft cloth or paper towel.

For repairs, alternations or specialist cleaning, always consult your local jeweller.
